Camdentown strives to model an innovative, culturally responsive organization and governance structure that provides accountability, inspires widespread action and investment, yet also preserves and centers power and decision-making with the Black community while providing guidelines for non- Black advisors on how to contribute capacity without co-opting control and culture.
