Façade Improvement
Camdentown through a contract with the City of Minneapolis provides matching grant funds as part of the Great Streets Façade Improvement program.
Grant Information and Application
Grants at either $5,000 or $7,500 per project depending on location at a 1:1 matching fund basis (dollar to dollar). Work must be completed, and all invoices paid in full before grant funding is disbursed by the Camdentown.

Façade Improvements
The façade grants will help businesses in Camdentown fund storefront improvements including, but not limited to:

Repairing or replacing architectural details

Preserving historic details

Painting or repainting exteriors

Installing windows and glass doors

Lighting

Awnings or canopies

Signage
